No. You can start using IHUBApp Events completely free. Create your hub, set up your first event, and only pay the 5.8% when you actually sell tickets. No upfront costs, no monthly minimums.
What's included in the 5.8%?
The 5.8% total covers everything: 2.9% for Stripe payment processing (industry standard) and 2.9% for the IHUBApp platform (ticketing, event pages, custom feeds, attendee management). No hidden fees. No per-ticket charges.
When do I get paid?
Funds are processed through Stripe and typically available in your bank account within 2-7 business days, depending on your bank. You maintain direct control through your Stripe account.
What if I want a custom domain and advanced features?
You can upgrade to a premium hub plan anytime. Premium plans start at $25/month and include custom domains, advanced analytics, priority support, and more. View all hub pricing →
Are there any other fees I should know about?
No. Unlike other platforms, we don't charge per-ticket fees, service fees, or surprise charges. The 5.8% is all you pay on ticket sales. If you choose to upgrade your hub for custom domains and premium features, that's a separate optional monthly subscription.
Can I use IHUBApp for free events?
Yes! Free events are completely free—no fees at all. You can collect RSVPs, manage attendees, and use all event features without paying anything.
